Prairie View Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, and athletic and other school-administered programs. 

Prairie View Academy requires that any student wishing to enroll must meet the following general requirements:

1. Be in compliance with the academic requirements of his/her former school

2. Exhibit no serious behavioral problems in or out of school

3. Have no record of excessive absences

In addition, the applicant and a parent must interview with the principal and/or counselor. The applicant must also bring copies of his overall school record (including grades and standardized test scores) and his or her current schedule and grades if applicable. This information will be evaluated by the Academy before admission is granted. All new students enter on probation for at least the first nine-weeks' period of attendance. During this time grades, attendance, and conduct are closely monitored. Current students may be placed on probationary status at any point in the school year for a minimum of nine weeks. The Academy reserves the right to place a student on probationary status at any point during the school session.

2024-25 School Year

Student Registration and Enrollment Fees:

Registration: $200 per child, $300 per 2 or more

Plus Enrollment Fees: Books, Technology, Activity Fees, Testing, Library, and 7-12 extra curricular.  

PreK3: $240

PreK4 and Kindergarten: $285

1st-6th Grade: $300

7th-12th Grade: $340

Tuition is spread over 11 months - July through May

Registration AFTER June 1, 2024, the following tuition applies:

Pre-K 3

$358.00 per month/$3,938.00 per year

3rd child or more: Half off

Pre-K 4/Kindergarten

$454 per month/$4,994.00 per year

3rd child or more: Half off

1st-6th Grade

$495 per month/$5,445.00 per year

3rd child or more: Half off

7th-12th Grade

$518.00 per month/$5,698.00 per year

3rd child or more: Half off

Additional Information:

-A 5% discount will be applied for FULL PAYMENT if received before July 1, 2024.

-SMART Tuition will be handling tuition payments for the 2024-25 school year unless payment is made in full.

-A $50.00 registration fee (per family) will be assessed by SMART Tuition for families paying monthly.

-Tuition prices increase after June 1st

When registering a new student, please bring your child's birth certificate, shot records, and social security card.

Dates and Fees Subject to Change 

PVA offers After School care for grades Pre K3-6th grade. Price is $50 a week or $15 per drop in day. After school care begins immediately after school dismisses and ends promptly at 6:00.
